Intervention and outcome model

Disciplinary Action, Incapacity Proceedings and Poor Performance are separate source interventions. Consolidated outcome-producing documents identify the source using an intervention type and a Dynamic Link to the originating record.

Outcome classification

Not every completed process is adverse history. Pending, cancelled, not-guilty, no-further-action, performance-improved and not-incapacitated resolutions remain available for audit and context without being treated as prior adverse sanctions.

The employee history and linked-document panels should always be reviewed after submitting an outcome.
