Development and testing

Use a dedicated development site with realistic but fictitious data. Test migrations against restored production-shaped datasets and test permissions with each IR and training role.

Minimum regression coverage should include:

• creation, submission and cancellation of each main intervention and outcome;
• non-adverse outcome classification;
• employee history and dashboard links;
• scheduled reports and recipient resolution;
• designation restrictions for lists, reports, direct access and creation;
• print formats with long content;
• attendance, leave and termination event hooks;
• organogram and shift-plan generation.
