Area KPI Review

An Area KPI Review is the rollup version of a KPI Review, scoped to an Area (a group of Sites defined in Area Setup - see Workforce Planning Setup Reference) rather than a single Site.

It carries the same shape - a Review Committee, Employees under Review, a KPI Template, and dates - plus its own child table linking the individual per-site KPI Review records that make up the area-level picture. The Area KPI Review Year To Date report gives the same rolling chart as its individual-review counterpart, aggregated by area instead.
