KPI Review
A KPI Review is a formal, dated performance review event at one site - distinct from Poor Performance (see Opening a Case), which is a disciplinary-adjacent process for an underperforming individual. A KPI Review is routine, scheduled performance measurement, not a case.

Building one
- KPI Template - a reusable set of KPIs with weights, defined for a specific Designation (each weighted contribution and its max score are set on the template, not the individual review).
- Review Committee - the reviewers (linked Employees).
- Employee(s) under Review - who's being scored, at Site under Review.
- Date of Review / Month under Review, and an Overall Score calculated from the weighted per-KPI scores once scoring is complete.
A signed copy of the completed review can be attached under Upload Signed KPI Review.
The KPI Review Year To Date report gives a rolling chart of submitted reviews by year and area.
Next: Area KPI Review.
