Schedule of Offences
Schedule of Offences
The Schedule of Offences report lists every configured Disciplinary Offence - grouped by Offence Category, showing the offence code, its description, and the sanction prescribed for a first, second, third, and fourth repeat of the same offence.
On screen
Category rows appear as banners across the row, separating each group. Offence Description and Notes respect embedded line breaks rather than collapsing them into one run-on paragraph, and every column wraps rather than truncating - a long note is fully readable without needing to open the underlying record.
Printing it
The Schedule of Offences Standard print format renders the same data as a clean, bordered, landscape table, with the same category-banner treatment (a light-grey fill with a red bottom rule) as the on-screen report. A single offence's row is kept from spanning a page break, so a printed copy never splits one offence awkwardly across two pages.
Both the on-screen report and the print format share one visual language - the same red accent, the same banner treatment - so a printed schedule and its on-screen equivalent are recognisably the same document.
