Retirement Age Monitoring

Two weekly reports watch each Employee's own date_of_retirement field, no separate configuration needed:

• Employees Nearing Retirement - anyone retiring within the next 90 days.
• Employees Past Retirement Date (Still Active) - anyone whose retirement date has already passed but who's still marked Active - a signal that a case needs following up, one way or the other.

Both exclude employees already marked as Left, and both are narrowed by each recipient's own Designation and Branch Limits, the same as every other IR weekly report (see Weekly Notifications & Reports).
