Site Transfer Form

A Site Transfer Form records an employee moving from one Branch to another - who requested it, the new Branch, a Transfer Date, and a free-text reason.

Like Status Change Form, its notifications (both the creation alert and the weekly digest of outstanding, not-yet-submitted change forms) are deliberately unfiltered - sent to every configured recipient regardless of Designation or Branch Limits.

The weekly Outstanding Employee Change Forms digest combines both Status Change Form and Site Transfer Form into a single report, listing anything still in Draft so it doesn't get forgotten.
